Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ForeSkins Golf Co, LLC ("ForeSkins," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Fore Skins mobile application and any related websites and services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The data controller responsible for your information is:
ForeSkins Golf Co, LLC
A Georgia limited liability company
Email: contact@foreskinsgolfco.com
If you have questions about this Policy or your data, contact us at the email above.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
- Profile information — your golf handicap index and any other details you choose to add to your profile.
- Game and group content — golf rounds, hole-by-hole scores, group and player names, game formats you set up (such as Stroke Play, Best Ball, Scramble, Alternating Shot, Head to Head, Nassau, Bingo Bango Bongo, Wolf, and Skins), side game results, and points earned within the app. The Service does not collect, store, or process any monetary values, dollar amounts, or financial information in connection with game play.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support or otherwise correspond with us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Authentication and session data — when you sign in, our authentication provider (Supabase) sets tokens and cookies needed to keep you logged in and to secure your account. See our Cookie Policy.
- Offline score data — rounds you open, pending score changes, and round events may be stored on your device for up to 30 days so scoring can continue without a connection. This local data is cleared when you sign out or delete your account.
- Device and technical data — device type, operating system and version, app version, language settings, and similar technical identifiers.
- Log and diagnostic data — IP address, timestamps, and error/crash information.
2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not process payments and do not collect or store any financial information. The Service uses a points-based system exclusively. No monetary values, dollar amounts, or payment-card or bank-account information are collected, stored, calculated, or displayed anywhere in the Service. The Service does not integrate with, link to, or reference any payment service.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- provide the core features of the Service — recording golf scores, running supported game formats, tracking points earned, and displaying results to your playing group;
- maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the Service;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and violations of our Terms; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We rely on the following legal bases (for users in the EU/UK): performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), your consent (where required, such as for non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- With other users. Your display name, golf profile, scores, and game records are visible to members of the same trip. Your email address is kept in a separate private account record and is not exposed as a player-profile field.
- With service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), and Sentry (error and crash diagnostics, when enabled).
- For legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ForeSkins, our users, or others.
- In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data retention
