This Cookie Policy explains how ForeSkins Golf Co, LLC ("ForeSkins," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with the Fore Skins application and any related websites (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use an app or visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, tokens, software development kit (SDK) identifiers, and pixels. They are used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, keep the Service secure, and understand how the Service is used.

2. How we use cookies and similar technologies

2.1 Strictly necessary (always active)

These are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. They include the authentication tokens and cookies set by our authentication provider, Supabase, which keep you securely signed in, maintain your session, and protect against unauthorized access. Without these, you could not log in or use your account.

2.2 Preferences (where applicable)

We may use storage to remember settings you choose, such as display preferences. These make the Service more convenient but are not strictly necessary.

2.3 Analytics and performance

We do not currently use a behavioral analytics service. We may use privacy-conscious error and crash diagnostics to keep the Service reliable; those diagnostics are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

2.4 Advertising

We do not use advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

3. Your choices

In-app / browser controls. You can manage or delete cookies and similar data through your device or browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary technologies will prevent you from signing in and using the Service.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. Some browsers offer such signals. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals.

4. Third parties

Some technologies are provided by services that help us operate the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), and Sentry (error and crash diagnostics, when enabled). Those providers process data under contract with us and in accordance with their own policies.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Service.
